getValue bool getValue(): If isDefault, it will use the default setting from the browser. Else, the getValue return value will be used. getValue is invalid if !isDefault.
isDefault bool isDefault(): If isDefault, it will use the default setting from the browser. Else, the getValue return value will be used. getValue is invalid if !isDefault.
opAssign void opAssign(bool enable): Set it with = true or = false.
setDefault void setDefault(): And this resets it to the default value.
